The Rising Star Dress is a polyester fabric that elegantly drapes against the body in a mermaid silhouette. Eight circle skirts make up the tail at the bottom with a tightly wrapped skirt and bodice. Bust cups and stiff interfacing give massive support throughout the bodice, helping it hold together against the frame. The hot pink fabric is detailed with rhinestones in shades of pink across the left bust, alongside pastel floral lace. Boning holds up the upper bow structure at the front and continues the clean look with a lower structure that is stitched at the back. The gown is fully lined with horsehair stitched into the base of the skirt for a bouncy addition. A polyester zipper cleanly closes up the back with a hook and eye closure at the top.
