Returns are accepted with sample gowns sold within 7 days of purchase date. Must be clean, have original tags attached, and undamaged. Seller may use discretion when accepting returns. Custom projects are not returnable.

Shipping is free within the U.S. through reliable sources (USPS, UPS, and DHL) for items $100 and above. Items below $100 will range depending on item size and packaging available (estimate $4-15.) Client will be updated once package has been shipped, while it's in transit, and upon delivery with a verified tracking number. Shipping outside of the U.S. will range depending on item size and packaging available (estimate $15-30.)
